the location of the hotel was great.
The elevators were a real problem . Several times, i found myself waiting an unreasonable amount of time. on one morning, two out of three elevators were out of service. also, i was surprised to find that the room did not include a coffee maker, something i now consider a standard amenity.

The location of the hotel was really convenient. It was easy to reach many attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful (i interacted with them every day). The room was clean and well kept.
The elevators were quite slow and sometimes out of service. This caused some delays. The tv turned off frequently. There was no coffee maker in the room.

i found the staff friendly and helpful . the hotel's location made it easy to walk to many attractions. iced water flavored with fresh lemon and limes was available near the elevators it was a nice touch.
i noticed there was no coffee maker in the room which was unusual

the elevators moved quickly allowing for easy access to different floors of the hotel. i also saw they provided complimentary coffee in the morning, always a plus when traveling. this certainly helped start my day.

the door staff was very personable, they always greeted me with a smile. check-in and check-out were pleasant and fast, this saved me valuable time. the staff were pretty good too.

i saw the hotel featured a restaurant and bar called berk's it looked like a great spot for a quick cocktail. the restaurant offers a place for a light snack before heading out to explore. i noticed many people there

the hotel is next to 5th avenue, offering easy access to shopping. many attractions are within walking distance. it is a short walk to central park too. it really enhanced my trip.
