lovely stay near central park
standard amenities attentive housekeeping excellent location
the room had standard amenities. housekeeping was attentive daily. i found a good range of tv channels available in my room after a long day of sightseeing. the location was excellent for walking to nearby attractions
i had to request bottles of water each day. the room did not come with a coffee maker. i wish those items were automatically provided without needing to ask

convenient location friendly staff clean room slow elevators tv issues no coffee maker
The location of the hotel was really convenient. It was easy to reach many attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful (i interacted with them every day). The room was clean and well kept.
The elevators were quite slow and sometimes out of service. This caused some delays. The tv turned off frequently. There was no coffee maker in the room.

a perfect experience
friendly staff excellent location flavored water
i found the staff friendly and helpful . the hotel's location made it easy to walk to many attractions. iced water flavored with fresh lemon and limes was available near the elevators it was a nice touch.
i noticed there was no coffee maker in the room which was unusual

the elevators moved quickly allowing for easy access to different floors of the hotel. i also saw they provided complimentary coffee in the morning, always a plus when traveling. this certainly helped start my day.

the door staff was very personable, they always greeted me with a smile. check-in and check-out were pleasant and fast, this saved me valuable time. the staff were pretty good too.

i saw the hotel featured a restaurant and bar called berk's it looked like a great spot for a quick cocktail. the restaurant offers a place for a light snack before heading out to explore. i noticed many people there

the hotel is next to 5th avenue, offering easy access to shopping. many attractions are within walking distance. it is a short walk to central park too. it really enhanced my trip.
